Never Give Up

Beaver River Falls, Minnesota

No matter what is going on
Never give up
Develop the heart
Too much energy in your country
Is spent developing the mind
Instead of the heart
Be compassionate
Not just to your friends
But to everyone
Be compassionate
Work for peace
In your heart and in the world
Work for peace
And I say again
Never give up
No matter what is going on around you
Never give up

Thought Conditioner 1

The things which are impossible with men are possible with God. Luke 18:27

Cane Creek Falls, Fall Creek Falls State Park TennesseeThis text shows how to do an “impossible” thing. Size up your problem, pray about it, do all you can about it. If it seems impossible, don’t give up, but affirm, “The things which are impossible with men are possible with God.” Keep relaxed. Don’t worry. Avoid getting panicky. Never think, “This can’t be done.” Declare, “It can be done, it is being done because God is doing it through me.” Affirm that the process is in operation. The final outcome may not be entirely what you now desire. But, handled in this manner, the solution will be what God wants it to be.

A Confident Woman

Beaver River Falls, Minnesota

Beaver River Falls, Minnesota

Confidence is all about being positive concerning what you can do — and not worrying over what you can’t do. A confident person is open to learning, because she knows that her confidence allows her to walk through life’s doorways, eager to discover what waits on the other side. She knows that every new unknown is a chance to learn more about herself and unleash her abilities.

Strength

Cascade River State Park, Minnesota

Cascade River State Park, Minnesota

“In quietness shall be your strength,”
Rely upon His Word;
Though endless seems the battles length,
Be sure your prayers are heard.

The conflict rages all about,
But there is peace within
The heart that trusts in God shall rout
The enemy and win.

Be confident, the Lord is near,
The foe is great and fierce,
But God is mightier, no fear
Can his bright armor pierce.

Confident Strength

P1170564 (2)

“We need to have a sense of triumph. Sometimes our confidence is shaken when trials come, especially if they are lengthy. We should have so much confidence in God’s love for us that no matter what comes against us, we know deep inside that we are more than conquerors. Be confident that during the trial, you will learn something that will help you in the future.“

My help comes from the Lord

My Help Comes From The Lord
by – The Museum

Gooseberry Falls State Park, Minnesota

Gooseberry Falls State Park, Minnesota

When sorrows come and hope seems gone
You’re the rock I rest upon
When waters rise and I can’t breathe
You’re the love that rescues me

When I’m broke and scarred by sin
Death gives way to life again
When I suffer, when I’m down
In you I’m free, in you I’m found

Out of the darkness, lifts up my eyes
Unto to the hills, I feel my faith rise

Maker of heaven, giver of life
You are my strength, my song in the night
My refuge, my shelter, now and forevermore
My help comes from the lord

Listen to My help comes from the Lord

At times with sudden glory,
He speaks, and all is done;
Without one stroke of battle
The victory is won,
While we, with joy beholding,
Can scarce believe it true
That even our kingly Jesus
Can form such hearts anew.

I know the thrill of the grasses when the rain pours over them.
I know the trembling of the leaves when the winds sweep through them.
I know what the white clover felt as it held a drop of dew pressed close in its beauteousness.
I know the quivering of the fragrant petals at the touch of the pollen-legged bees.
I know what the stream said to the dipping willows, and what the moon said to the sweet lavender.
I know what the stars said when they came stealthily down and crept fondly into the tops of the trees.
