Daily Meditation is important because it puts encouraging and uplifting thoughts in our minds. There is so much in the world that distracts and discourages us, it’s important to refresh our minds with positive thoughts to counteract the negativity inherent in this life.
Each day memorize or write one of the verses or quotes on a card. Then several times a day pull it out and meditate on the words.
